Lolo Jones, who is the athlete of the USA and World hurdles, has earned this status after many years working hard and a lot of perseverance. Jones was the only member of a family with five children as well as grew up in a very poor environment. She lived with her mother at a basement church and was constantly on the go. Jones was required to relocate into a new school each throughout her time in high school as a result of her nomadic life.
